Ahmet Varlı, Chairman of the Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry, issued a statement regarding the restructuring that completely waives the late payment interest of members' past dues, inviting all members to take advantage of this opportunity.

In an announcement aimed at informing members about the Law No. 7440 on the Restructuring of Certain Receivables and Amendments to Certain Laws, Ahmet Varlı, Chairman of the Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry, emphasized that the restructuring is a great opportunity and that all members with past dues should take advantage of this opportunity. Varlı provided information about the restructuring, stating that by restructuring the principal amounts of their debts from previous years, members could be exempted from accruals such as interest, late payment interest, and late payment fines related to their past debts.

Varlı mentioned that members could apply for restructuring by personally visiting the chamber and submitting a petition, or by using the link of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) Chamber/Exchange Member Information System through the website https://ebelge.tobb.org.tr or the E-Government Gateway (https://www.turkiye.gov.tr). In his statement, Varlı further stated, "With the Law No. 7440 on the Restructuring of Certain Receivables and Amendments to Certain Laws, published in the Official Gazette dated March 12, 2023, an opportunity for restructuring was provided for our members' unpaid Annual Dues and Supplemental Dues principal debts for the year 2022 and previous years, including the second installment amounts for 2022. Members who take advantage of this opportunity and restructure the principal amounts of their past debts will be exempted from the collection of all incidental receivables such as accrued late payment fines."

Varlı emphasized that chamber members who wish to benefit from this restructuring should personally visit the Chamber of Commerce and Industry or apply through the specified addresses online no later than May 31, 2023. He stated that chamber members applying for restructuring should make the first installment payment no later than June 30, 2023, and the remaining payments in monthly periods, totaling a maximum of nine equal installments. Varlı also clarified that the number of installments would not change the total amount of the debt to be paid and that members would determine how the right to restructuring would be used at the time of application.
