The internal audits focused on Quality and Customer Satisfaction have been concluded at the Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Having achieved success in the accreditation system it is a part of, the Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry has become one of the chambers that provide 5-star service. Internal audits for ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 10002 Customer Complaint Management System were conducted. Prior to the internal audit, the staff received a 4-day training on Accreditation System, Quality Management System, and Customer Satisfaction Complaint System, conducted by MB Academy Instructor and Chief Auditor Mehmet Besleme.


Highlighting that ISO 10002, which serves as a guide for organizations aiming to provide service of higher quality than member expectations, promotes the formation of analytical thinking in their relationships with chamber members, managers, and employees, and provides a suitable infrastructure for communication and progress, President Ahmet Varlı stated that trade and industry chambers are an integral part of their members and therefore, efforts to meet their members' expectations and needs should always be prioritized.


In addition to the training and internal audit process conducted prior to the Quality and Customer Satisfaction system audits scheduled for July, the chamber staff also received information on the requirements and philosophy of ISO 9001:2015 and the structure of the quality system, defining responsibilities for the quality system, reviewing current practices, and implementing necessary new techniques.
