Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which started efforts to encourage private companies in the field of defense industry in the city and to take part in the sector with a company whose members will also be partners, is counting the days to start construction.

Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Ahmet Varlı, who stated that the area allocation consisting of 2 parcels was made in February for the company that will carry out production activity in the defense industry, which was established in accordance with the authority given to the board of directors in the chamber council in September 2019. He said that the necessary financing for his equipment was provided, and the construction works will begin with the normalization of the process due to the corona virus.

Underlining that the company will produce "Unmanned Land Vehicle", as stated by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan during his visit to Kırıkkale in February, Varlı underlined that they will also manufacture parts for the defense industry. Stating that after the feasibility studies for more than 1 year, the R&D process was initiated and the production planning started following this, Varlı said that they aimed to employ 250 people when the production started, and that they will work to make Kırıkkale a defense industry center again with a strong company in which city craftsmen and industrialists will be partners. expressed.
