Vocational education center program (education of apprenticeship); it is education, which the theoretical education given at the school and the practical education given at the workplaces are applied in integrity, preparing people to job, developing own job, leading document of journeyman-mastery certificate and diploma and it takes 4 years. Taking education both school and company, people can take journeyman certificate end of the 11. grade, mastery certificate end of the 12. grade. There isn’t age limit, application takes all the year. For the application, it is enough that graduated from middle school. Apprenticeship students take theoretical education 1 or 2 days in a week in the school, take practical education 3 or 4 days in a week in the company. Company will pay %30 of the minimum wage to 9,10, and 11. grade apprentice students, 50% of the minimum wage to 12. grade apprentice students, the entire fee to be paid 9,10,11 and 12. Grade students by the state will be paid back to companies as government contribution. During the education company don’t pay any fee to the students and they will have employed unpaid staff four years. During the education, students insurance will be paid by the government. Foreign students can be apply this program if they graduated from middle school.
