15 candidates participated in the 6th of the Real Estate Consultant Vocational Competence Exams held for Real Estate Companies operating in our province in cooperation with Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry and TOBB MEYBEM.

The Responsible Real Estate Advisor Vocational Qualification Exam was held in cooperation with Kırıkkale TSO and TOBB MEYBEM for Responsible Real Estate Consultancy, which is within the scope of Mandatory Professional Competency Certificates. Officials of 15 real estate companies operating in our province participated in the exam, which consists of two stages, theoretical and practical. Before the exam, the candidates were explained about the Real Estate Trade Regulation, the Vocational Qualification Certification System in Turkey and the Authorization Certificate. In addition to illuminating the concepts such as "Certificate of Authorization" and "Certificate of Vocational Qualification", which entered our lives with the Real Estate Trade Regulation, the candidates were also informed about the reflection of the document requirement on real estate websites.

Commenting on the exam held in cooperation with MEYBEM and Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry, KTSO Chairman Ahmet Varlı reminded that people who do not have a VQA certificate cannot carry out marketing and sales activities in the real estate sector, and that those who do not obtain a license from the Provincial Directorate of Commerce cannot obtain a workplace license and cannot operate in the real estate sector. Pointing out that 51 people have had professional qualification certificates in the 6 exams held in cooperation with TSO and MEYBEM in the field of real estate consultancy, Varlı added that the exams continue in line with the demands.
