In the organization of Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a training on Changes in the Regulation on Real Estate Trade and Exemptions was organized for companies operating in the field of real estate consultancy in Kırıkkale. In the training held in the TSO Conference Hall in cooperation with the Provincial Directorate of Commerce and the Association of Real Estate Consultants, the participants were informed about the changes and innovations in the regulation on real estate trade. Making a speech before the training, TSO Secretary General Ahmet Şerbetçioğlu said that it would be beneficial for companies and individuals operating in the real estate purchase-sales sector to know the requirements of the legislation so that they do not experience victimization in the future. Underlining that as the Chamber, they attach special importance to sectoral training, Şerbetçioğlu reminded that the Responsible Real Estate Consultant Vocational Qualification Exams are also held by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Kırıkkale.

Stating that all individuals and companies operating in the field of real estate purchase and sale must obtain the necessary documents in a short time, Commerce Provincial Director Seyfettin Çetiner said that the Authorization Certificate that must be obtained from the provincial directorate is completely free but obligatory. The President of the Real Estate Agents Association Ramazan Almaz stated that they aim for a more active structure as the new management of the association and that they will work to ensure that the members of the association are entitled to the legislation and regulations and that they do not experience victimization.
