Our Chairman of the Board Ahmet Varlı, who attended the consultation meeting held by CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu with opinion leaders and NGO Managers in Kırıkkale, talked about the problems of industrialists. Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, President of the Republican People's Party, held a consultation meeting with the executives of non-governmental organizations and trade associations in Kırıkkale. Speaking at the consultation meeting held at the Provincial Cultural Center, Ahmet Varlı, our Chairman of the Board of Directors, talked about the problems and expectations of the industrialists. Varlı, who started his speech by giving brief information about the history of Kırıkkale, said that the city existed by developing around the arms industry, but today the situation is very different. Drawing attention to the fact that MKE Kırıkkale facilities do not have production and employment opportunities as before, Varlı said that they aim to close this gap with Silah İhtisas OIZ.

Emphasizing that one of the biggest problems of the city is unemployment, Varlı said that an urgent solution should be found especially for the unemployed who are university graduates. Pointing to the handicap in employment, Varlı reminded that, despite the unemployment, industrialists have great problems in finding intermediate staff. Referring to the step taken by the Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry towards the solution of the qualified intermediate staff problem, Varlı said that in the Vocational Training Center to be established within the Arms Specialization OIZ, students of all ages will be provided with applied vocational training considering the needs of industrialists.

Stating that one of the common expectations of the industrialists, producers and the whole society is the end of the tension and polarization in politics, Varlı said that the discussions between the leaders negatively affect the society, production and therefore the economy. Emphasizing that the parties should not sacrifice the society to vicious conflicts, Varlı said, "We do not want the political institution to cause polarization while it should serve the society". Underlining the need for the spirit of unity, especially in the difficult period we are going through, Varlı stated that the biggest expectation of the society and the business world from politics is the decrease in tension. Emphasizing that the determinations of President Varlı are correct, Chairman Kılıçdaroğlu said that their projects that will produce solutions to all the problems in case they come to power are ready.
