Ahmet Varlı, president of TSO, who made an assessment regarding the Structuring that ended on March 1, said that the restructuring is a great opportunity for members who suffer from economic difficulties during the pandemic we are in.

Making a statement about the opportunities provided to members from Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry within the scope of Law No. 7256 on Restructuring Some Receivables, Chairman of the Board Ahmet Varlı said that they were happy to offer such an opportunity to the members during the pandemic process that negatively affected the whole world, especially health and economy. Underlining that within the scope of the configuration, it is possible to pay the principal money of the debts in 6 installments, which completely erases the delay penalties of the unpaid annual and additional dues of the previous periods, Varlı reminded that the first installment payment date is 31 March for those who prefer to pay in installments.

Varlı stated that a total of 394 members benefited from the restructuring by coming to the chamber between 25 November and 1 March, the total amount of receivables postponed by the Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry was 487 thousand 992 TL. Emphasizing that 172 members paid the main money of their previous debts in cash, Varlı said that 222 of the members who applied for restructuring preferred to benefit from the payment in installments. Varlı also underlined that in the event that the amounts to be paid within the scope of restructuring are not paid partially or completely in the stipulated period and manner, the originals of unpaid receivables and related receivables such as interest, default interest, delay increase will be collected in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation.
