The journalism profession has an important place in terms of increasing and strengthening social awareness and always prioritizing the public good. I sincerely congratulate the working journalists' Day of our dear friends, who are the eyes and ears of the public and who work under difficult conditions. Journalism is a profession with dignity and very meaningful responsibilities. As a society, it is impossible for us not to appreciate the difficulties of our friends who are devoted to this work and their efforts day and night. Our press has shown a significant development from the past to the present, increasing its effectiveness in the virtual environment as well as its written and visual dimensions, contributing to the strengthening of our democracy. Undoubtedly, the biggest share in this development belongs to the press workers who do their duties devotedly.

Press employees, who play an important role in raising the awareness of our people and strengthening the atmosphere of peace, tranquility and trust, fulfill these duties with an objective and impartial broadcast understanding of different opinions and thoughts. Press workers, who work under difficult conditions, but struggle for the freedom of the society to receive information despite all difficulties, not only contribute to polyphony with these duties, but also play an important role in the healthy functioning of democracy. At the point where our Kırıkkale comes from both economically and socially, the contribution of our press organizations as well as non-governmental organizations is substantial. With these feelings and thoughts, based on the principle of 'the press is the common voice of a nation', we sincerely congratulate all our members of the press, who continue their work within the framework of the ethical principles of the press, once again sincerely celebrate the 10th of January Working Journalists' Day. I remember with mercy.
