Responsible Real Estate Consultant Professional Competence Exam was held for those operating in the real estate sector in our city in cooperation with our Chamber and TOBB MEYBEM.

The Vocational Competence Certificate exams, which have been held by our chamber since 2017 but were suspended due to the COVID-19 outbreak, have resumed. Getting Compulsory Vocational Qualifications within the scope of our rooms for Responsible Real Estate Consulting and TOBB MEYBE (Turkey Chambers and Stock Exchanges Association of Professional Qualifications and Certification Centers Inc) Created 3'SR of Responsible Real Estate Consultant Professional Competence Examination and cooperation. 22 people took the exam, which consisted of two stages, theoretical and practical, and lasted 4 days. Immovable to the candidates before the exam Trade Regulation, Vocational Qualification Certification System and PoE issues to the apartment was described in Turkey. In addition to enlightening the concepts such as "Authorization Certificate" and "Vocational Qualification Certificate" that came into our lives with the Regulation on Real Estate Trade, candidates were also informed about how the document requirement would be reflected on real estate sites.
