TSO President Varlı, who attended the meeting regarding the Regulation on the Classification of Contractors held at the TOBB organization, personally explained the problems experienced by the sector to Murat Kurum, the Minister of Environment and Urbanization.

Turkey Chambers and Chairman of the Union Exchanges Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu with the Environment and Urban Planning Minister Murat Institution discussed sector's problems and demands of involvement with organized video conference meeting on contractor classification regulations. TOBB President Hisarcıklıoğlu opened speech of one of the sectors where the pandemic process of the most affected. He expressed that it is construction, “Many of our companies have encountered business, order and project cancellations at home and abroad. At this point, our government took action rapidly. The measures and supports implemented under the leadership of our Minister of Foreign Affairs were appreciated by our business world ”.

Speaking at the meeting, Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Ahmet Varlı conveyed the problems. He identified as a contractor in a sector to the Minister of Environment and Urbanization, Murat Kurum. Indicating that the low-interest mortgage loan campaigns, especially launched in June, breathed the sector and reached significant levels in housing sales, and the construction sector acts as a locomotive for the economy. Stating that H Class Contractors had to apply different methods to overcome the legal procedure, Varlı added that some improvements should also be made for contractors in the Building Inspection Law.
