A comparison study was conducted between Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Polatlı Chamber of Commerce in order to increase the service quality within the framework of the Accreditation System applied for chambers and exchanges that achieve member-oriented quality service standards.

Kırıkkale Ticaret, which has been among the 5-star chambers with its success in the accreditation system initiated with the aim of establishing quality awareness among chambers and exchanges, increasing the reputation and service types of the system before the business world, improving the service quality, ensuring the convergence of the Chambers and Commodity Exchanges with each other. and the Chamber of Industry continues its efforts to further increase its service quality. Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which is in close relations with the chambers and exchanges operating in the surrounding provinces, visited the Polatlı Chamber of Commerce on February 7-8 and compared service practices.

At the benchmarking studies, which was attended by Accreditation and Accounting Officer Kübra Şerbetçioğlu representing Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry, General Secretary İnanç Ölmez from Polatlı Chamber of Commerce, Deputy Secretary General and Accounting Officer Zeynep Gökçe and Accreditation and Quality Management Representative Hande Yapıcı were present. The services provided by the two chambers were evaluated in the benchmarking studies comparing the Financial Management, Quality Management System, Member Relations and Accreditation Tracking Systematics, which are among the important elements of the accreditation system.
