The commission, which was formed in accordance with the decision taken in the TSO's January Assembly meeting, convened under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Ahmet Varlı. The commission, which gathered in the city in recent years to investigate the sales activities carried out under various names such as fairs, exhibitions, bazaars, local products market, and to work towards the elimination of the victimization of the chamber members, it was decided to contact the relevant institutions in order to prevent long-term sales activities that exceed their intended purpose. .

Stating that these sales environments, which harm the economy, consumers and chamber members, are also a threat to hygiene and general health, therefore, measures should be taken. Varlı said: '' The Chamber of Commerce and Industry, who pays taxes, pays social security premiums for himself and his workers. It is our first duty to protect the interests of our members who pay the rent, comply with the trade, health and consumer rights legislation determined by the state, and are under constant control". Varlı also stated that, in line with the decision of the commission, the relevant institutions in the center and the districts were contacted to do the necessary work to prevent the violations of the rights of these sales environments that came from outside the city and created unfair competition against the Chamber members and put the public health at risk.
