Lead Auditor of Turkish Llyod Engin Deniz and Auditor Aykut Akman inspected the compliance of the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System and ISO 10002: 2014 Customer Satisfaction Management System of Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry for a day. In the control, all units and institutional infrastructure were examined starting from the management processes of the chamber. Major has received no flaws and errors in the control, the quality certificates in 2017 which is entitled to continue to be relevant of Kirikkale TSO has successfully passed the audit.

In accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 Accreditation System, all processes were examined and no non-compliance was found. In 2019, revisions were made in some advices in order to improve the quality of the institution. TSO Secretary-General Ahmet Şerbetçioğlu stated that there were no shortcomings in the implementation of the ISO 10002-2014 Customer Satisfaction System in which the member relations and complaints handling processes were examined, and said that in 2019, works will continue to increase the quality of member relations and service. Şerbetçioğlu said that they were proud to pass the audit successfully and added that "We attach importance to adding value to Kırıkkale as a chamber, giving quality service in creating this value and increasing member satisfaction and I would like to thank our employees who have contributed to the establishment and implementation of Turkish Llyod Quality Standard system in our chamber”.
