Within the scope of the training activities of Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the participants were provided with comprehensive information about Human Resources Management in the training seminar organized in cooperation with Ahiler Development Agency. In the meeting held at the KTSO Conference Hall, Human Resources Specialist Ufuk Okan Güvendiren gave information about topics such as Human Resources definition and impact areas; production, sales, service in the areas of all the companies operating in the area pointed out that people. Güvendiren said that the purpose of the businesses even if the indirect way to serve people, to achieve this goal, the source of all the work done in the person the most important point in the business life of human resources. Around the clock training, participants were given detailed information under the headings such as performance management, job analysis, evaluation, wage management, definition of work analysis, job evaluation, rewarding, selection and placement of personnel, interviews, labor law and SSI applications, premiums and personnel affairs.
