Industrial products, raw materials and semi-finished products to be entered into force on 1 January and 1 July each year, quota that production fall sort of consumption, including representatives of our country is negotiated by the European Commission in a meeting.

The list of the goods which are requested to be suspended or tariff quota since 01.07.2019 in EU or Turkish companies can be reached from here.

In order for the objections to these products to be submitted to the relevant Ministry by 10.12.2018 at the latest and to process the applications, it is required to have the registration number from the Ministry of Commerce no later than the dates mentioned above.

Due to the special definition of the products in the list by the related companies, it is reported by the Ministry of Commerce that the definitions of the products rather than the GTP should be examined and the application should be made if the production meets the definition.
