An introductory meeting was held in İŞKUR Provincial Directorate for The Vocational Training Skills Improvement Program which will be jointly carried out by Kırıkkale Chamber of Trade and Industry, İŞKUR Provincial Directorate, National Education Directorate and Commodity Exchange within the scope of studies on the dissemination of the national employement mobilization prepared under the leadership of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

Speaking at the beginning of the meeting, Ahmet Varlı, Chairman of The Executive Board, said that the Turkish economy was under attack but this troubled situaition was soon overtaken with the spirit of unity in the nation. Varlı said that nothing that the Turkish people should not use a currency other than the Turkish Liras as an investment instrument and he emphasized that the business world will not stop producing, employing and creating added value, whatever the circumstances. Stating that the country is under a bigger attack than July 15, Commodity Exchange President Harun Sümer said that production and exports should be increased in order to avoid such problems and to provide lasting stability.

Provincial Director Yasin Tekin made a presantation on the incentives and trainings provided by IŞKUR and said that they aimed to create a qualified workforce in the private sector through the training cources financed by the Unemployement Insurance Fund.

Stating that both vocational education and skill development activities for the unemployment will be made in the framework of MEGIP and information sharing will be made for employers to benefit from incentives and supporting, Tekin said that active labor force training programs for increasing employment will continue. The protocol of the Project to be jointly executed by four institutions was signed at the meeting.
