An informative meeting was held at the TSO Conference Hall of Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry by the Provincial Directorate of Commerce regarding the 2nd Hand Motorized Land Vehicles Trade, which brought new regulations with the amendment made in regulation. TSO Chairman Ahmet Varlı made the opening speech of the meeting where detailed information about the regulation was given to the tradesmen who buy and sell 2nd Hand Motorized Land Vehicles. The Director of Commerce, Seyfettin Çetiner, who stated that the amendment  is an implementation regulating secondary market, said that those who buy and sell vehicles should obtain a Certificate of Authority after they have recieved the Professional Competence Certificate. Tradesmen who buy and sell second hand vehicles must fulfill all the conditions stated in regulation by 13 August 2019 in order to continue their activities in this area.
