Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry took the first step for The Vocational High School Project where long term initiatives were spent to make actual. Director of Construction and Real Estate of The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey Yahya Kemal Genç, Chairman of Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ahmet Varlı, General Secretary Ahmet Şerbetçioğlu, District Governor of Keskin Muammer Köken, Mayor of Keskin Dede Yıldırım, District Director of National Education Hasan Kökrek and  Departmental Manager Kırıkkale Provincial Directorate for National Education of Construction and Real Estate Branches Ömer Pavement visited the planned area for school construction. The area of 6,300 square meters reserved for construction of the school in Keskin will be evaluated as a thousand 300 square meter school building and 5 thousand square meters as garden and green space. 700 students in the school that comes out of the 24 classrooms will study Electrical-Electronics, CNC and Machine areas. Ahmet Varlı, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said that they believed that the school would start a training activity and that the first graduates of the school would be a solution to the problems of qualified emploees in Kırıkkale and he added that it would become a quality educational institution with international quality standards in its region. Varlı also said that the school which will be established by TOBB in the field of Vocational Education which is the driving force of the development of the country; stated that this school’s students will have individuals with employment qualities in all international standards, academic career goals and competencies in the field, social individuals with national and moral values.
