CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY

Within the scope of activities carried out to improve service quality at the Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a training program on Accounting, Administrative Procedures, Labor Law, Turkish Penal Code (TCK), and Public Law was organized.

As part of the efforts aimed at enhancing the quality of services provided to members by the Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and updating the knowledge of personnel and administrators regarding legislation and regulations, a training program covering Accounting, Administrative Procedures, Labor Law, TCK, and Public Law was held.

The 7-hour training was delivered by Dr. Süleyman Ruhi Aydemir, Chief Inspector at the Ministry of Trade and Independent Auditor. The program addressed topics such as the working system of the Ministry’s Inspection Board, Chambers and Commodity Exchanges in the context of criminal law, accounting procedures, administrative processes, and labor law.

The training, attended by all staff members and board members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, included extensive coverage of Law No. 5174 and Law No. 5510 of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), along with the regulations issued under these laws and their implementation procedures.

Chairman of the Board Ahmet Varlı reminded that the Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry is among the chambers providing five-star service within the TOBB Accreditation System, and stated that such training programs and activities aimed at improving service quality and increasing member satisfaction within the framework of legislation will continue.
