Dear Members,

In the attached letter received from the Ministry of Trade, it is stated that the Communiqué on Keeping Commercial Ledgers Not Related to the Accounting of the Business in Electronic Environment, published in the Official Gazette dated February 14, 2025, issue no. 32813, came into effect on July 1, 2025. Simultaneously with the entry into force of this Communiqué, the Electronic Commercial Ledger System (ETDS) was launched.

Companies required to use this system, important deadlines, and detailed information are provided in the attachment.
