Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry Conducts Benchmarking Study with Ankara Chamber of Commerce

As part of the Accreditation System, which is applied to chambers and exchanges that achieve member-focused quality service standards, the Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kırıkkale TSO) has earned a 5-star rating for its success in the system and continues to pursue continuous improvement to further enhance service quality.

Within the framework of development activities aimed at raising service standards and providing higher-quality services, Kırıkkale TSO conducted a benchmarking study with the Ankara Chamber of Commerce (ATO). This initiative supports the Accreditation System’s goals of instilling a quality-conscious culture among chambers and exchanges, enhancing the system’s reputation and service types in the business community, improving service quality, and aligning Turkish chambers and exchanges with the European Chamber and Exchange System.

On November 14, 2025, Kırıkkale TSO visited ATO to compare service practices and observe good examples of accreditation and quality management applications. During the visit, institutional processes and best practices were shared, strengthening experience exchange between the two chambers.
