The Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry successfully completed the Quality Management System and Customer Satisfaction Management System audits conducted by the Turkish Lloyd Certification Center.

 

The audit team, consisting of Turkish Lloyd Lead Auditor Engin Deniz and Specialist Hüseyin Obuz, assessed the Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 10002:2014 Customer Satisfaction Management System over the course of one day. The audit reviewed the Chamber's management processes, all departments, and institutional infrastructure. The audit found no major faults or errors, confirming the continued validity of the quality certificates awarded in 2017.

 

During the audit, all processes were examined according to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements, and no non-conformities were found. The ISO 10002:2018 Customer Satisfaction System, which reviews member relations and complaint handling processes, was also found to be fully compliant. TSO General Secretary Ahmet Şerbetçioğlu stated that efforts to improve member relations and service quality will continue throughout 2024. TSO Board President Ahmet Varlı expressed pride in passing the audit successfully and emphasized the Chamber's commitment to adding value to Kırıkkale by providing high-quality services and enhancing member satisfaction. He thanked the employees who contributed to establishing and implementing the Turkish Lloyd Quality Standard system.
