TOBB and Ministry of Education signed cooperation protocol in order to companies operating in the manufacturing ındustry to benefit more from vocational training centers.  In the signing ceremony Chairman of the Board of the Director Ahmet Varlı give information about Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vocational Training Center.

Ceremony of the Vocational Education Center Cooperation Protocol’s opening speech was made by Chairman OF the TOBB Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu and Minister of Education Mahmut Özer in the TOBB Conference Hall.

Chairman of the TOBB Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, who told that private sector should more benefit from Vocational Education Center, said that “Within this scope, I invite our young people to enroll in vocational education centers and our employers to accept students from vocational education centers.” In addition to this, Minister of the Education Mahmut Özer said that “Thanks to cooperation with TOBB, in addition to raising the human resources needed by the country, the youth unemployment rate will be reduced to 15 percent, which is the OECD average.” Besides Özer reminded that the 81 Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Project in 81 provinces was implemented with TOBB.

Chairman of the KTSO Varlı giving information to the chamber and stock exchange representatives from all over Turkey, he said that vocational education has become a center of attraction again throughout Turkey and the occupancy rate of vocational high schools has reached 95%.
