CORPORATE CULTURE AND CORPORATE IDENTITY EDUCATION SEMINAR

Within the scope of education services , which are arrenged by Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry for members, seminar of Corporate Culture and Corporate was arrenged.

Education activity, which increasing developing skills for our chamber members, continues. Within this scope, Corporate Culture and Corporate Identity Education seminar was arranged by coorperation with Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Kırıkkale Commodity Exchange. Academic advisor Prof. Dr. Adnan Akın discussed that the ways companies should follow in order to adopt the corporate culture and teh advantages of having a corporate identity in the TSO meeting hall.

Prof. Dr. Adnan Akın indicated that corporate identity is very important to show similar behavior. Besides, importance of culture, corporate and society, corporate heroes, ceremony, norms, values, beliefs, corporate language, legends, physical elements, symbols, corporate identity elements, types of corporate culture were explained.
