Seminar whose name is “ Institutionalization in Family Businesses” was arrenged by Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Indusrtry.  

Education activity, which increasing developing skills for our chamber members, continues. Within this scope, Institutionalization of Family Business education seminar was arranged by coorperation with Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Kırıkkale Commodity Exchange. Academic advisor Prof. Dr. Adnan Akın discussed that the ways family companies should follow in order to achieve permanent success in the TSO meeting hall.

In the seminar these subjects, which are roles and statuses in family companies, development processes of companies, basic issues of institutionalization, contracts, strengths and weaknesses of family companies, family constitution, family council, were covered. After the seminar Chairman of the Board of the Director of KTSO Ahmet Varlı said that especially managers should take professional support in order to eliminate the problems experienced in management and capital issues.
