In the letter dated 08/10/2019 and numbered 74566, received from the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, General Directorate of Dangerous Goods and Combined Transport Regulation, the Regulation on the Amendment of the Regulation on the Transport of Dangerous Goods by Road published in the Official Gazette dated 31 December 2015 and numbered 29579. It is stated that old vehicles with model year 2014 and before operating without ADR / Vehicle Conformity Certificate registered in the traffic registry are obliged to obtain a "Vehicle Due Diligence" in accordance with the specified schedule, and this process has been carried out for more than 3 years since 01/07/2016. It is stated that all vehicles on the market were recorded during this period. In addition, it is reported that the Turkish Standards Institute has requested that the process of issuing a Vehicle Due Diligence Certificate be terminated on 31 December 2019 within the scope of the newly published regulation in order to prevent abuse of the application.

In this context, within the scope of Provisional Article 1 of the Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 24/04/2019 and numbered 30754, it is obligatory for all old vehicles to obtain ADR / Vehicle Conformity Certificate, and the issuance of Vehicle Due Diligence Certificate will be terminated after 31/12/2019. .
