As it is known, the Regulation on the Trade of Second Hand Motor Vehicles was published in the Official Gazette on 13/02/2018. In the first paragraph of the Temporary Article 1 of this Regulation, "As of the date of entry into force of this article, real or legal persons engaged in the trade of second hand motor vehicles, tradesmen and craftsmen from the date of entry into force of this article by putting into effect the authority and Article 24, paragraph (c) of the first paragraph of the said Article 1 of the Provisional Article of the publication date will be effective after six months from the date of publication.
