The Regulation on the Trade of Second Hand Motor Vehicles, which was prepared on the basis of paragraph (b) of Article 16 of the Law on Regulation of Retail Trade dated 14.01.2015 and numbered 6585, entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated 13.02.2018 and numbered 30331.

In this respect, an informative meeting will be held by the Provincial Directorate of Commerce at the conference hall of our room on Thursday, June 27, 2019 to ensure that the Tradesmen and Craftsmen operating in our province have information about the above mentioned legislation.
