In the letter of the General Directorate of Highway Regulation dated 08.04.2019 and numbered 27671623-215-E.27634

Pursuant to the Regulation on Road Transport, it is compulsory to send information regarding the activities of the companies whose authorization certificate has been issued to the Electronic Monitoring and Inspection System (U-ETDS) established by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure. Starting from 31.12.2019 for the carriers with the authorization of K3, L1, L2, N1, N2, R1, R2, M1, M2, P1, P2, T1 and / or T2.
It is mandatory for the holders of authorization certificates to electronically archive the data in the digital tachograph units quarterly from the date of the vehicles traffic and send this data to the card issuing authority determined by the Ministry once a month for the vehicles that are required to use digital tachographs and which are registered in the vehicle document attached to the authorization certificate. The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure General Directorate of Highway Regulatory Affairs has announced that this obligation will start as of 01.01.2020.
