As it is known, in accordance with Article 5 of the Industrial Registry Law numbered 6948, enterprises holding an Industrial Registry Certificate are required to submit an Annual Business Schedule within the first four months of each year until the end of April at the latest. For companies that do not submit the Annual Operating Schedule within the period, it is mandatory to impose an Administrative Fine of 1046,00 TL for 2018, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 6948, as amended by Article 223 of Law No. 5728.

Our industrial enterprise members are required to enter the 2017 Annual Business Schedule information to the system at www.sanavi.gov.tr, under the "e-services" menu, using their username and password from the "industrial registry information system" section, until April 30, 2018.

In order not to be victimized in the future, we announce the issue to our members who have Industrial Registry Certificate.
