In accordance with Article 5 of the Industrial Registry Law No. 6948, enterprises holding an Industrial Registry Certificate are required to submit an Annual Business Schedule within the first 4 months of each year until the end of April at the latest. For companies that do not submit their annual Business Schedule to the Provincial Directorate of Science, Industry and Technology within its term, there is an obligation to impose an administrative fine of 1,046.00 TL for 2018 in accordance with Article 223 of Law No. 5728 and Article 9 of Law No. 6948.

Our industrial operator members are required to enter their 2017 annual Business Schedule information through the web address www.sanayi.gov.tr ​​under the "e-services" menu with their username and passwords from the "industrial registry information system" section until April 30, 2018. It is announced to our members who have Industrial Registration Certificate in order not to suffer any grievances.

In addition, information requests made to the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology regarding Industrial Enterprises are met from registry data. In addition to comprehensive information prepared by data mining, users often request information such as title, address, contact, product name. It has been evaluated that demanders' direct access to the information they need and their ability to communicate with businesses will significantly contribute to the country's economy and in this context, the Industrial Products web portal Guild has been prepared based on the industrial registry records.
