According to the Industrial Registry Law dated 17.04.1957 and numbered 6948, the Industrial Registry records of public institutions and organizations and industrial organizations belonging to real and legal persons within the borders of Kırıkkale are carried out by the Provincial Directorate of Science, Industry and Technology.

In the Official Gazette dated 01.07.2017 and numbered 30111, the "Law on the Amendment of Certain Laws and Decree Laws for the Purpose of Improving the Industry and Supporting Production" was published and entered into force. With the said law, with the provisional article 3 added to the Registry Law No. 6948, businesses that were not registered in the industrial registry in time were given the opportunity to register until 01 July 2018 without incurring an administrative fine. However, administrative fines will be imposed on industrial enterprises that are not registered until this date.

For this reason, our members are required to make their registry records so that they do not become victims. It is announced to our members.
