Turkey Chambers and Stock Exchanges Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Law 84th substances, in accordance with all of the rooms and the stock market, which should be completed in October-November 2017, the bodies elections were decided to be held in April 2018.

Members who will participate in the elections of the Chamber and Stock Exchange Organ elections are required to be an Income or Corporate Taxpayer in accordance with the eligibility of the Regulation on the Elections of the Chamber and Commodity Exchanges. For this reason, our Chamber will be open to review the records starting from 13 February 2018 until the end of the 28 February 2018 in order to enable our members to check their Tax Liability status. In accordance with Article 8 of the Tax Liability Tracking, if our chamber records are not checked and corrected within this period, the accuracy of our chamber records will be deemed to have been accepted by our members.

Our members are required to apply to our chamber with a document and petition containing the tax numbers they will receive from the tax offices and whether their income or corporate tax obligations are active within the above-mentioned periods.

In accordance with the above legislation, we invite our members to check their chamber records and announce them to the public and our members.
