UKRAINE-ABROAD CONTRACTING SERVICES

Dear Members,

In the artıcle, which is in the appendix, Contracting Companies, which work in Ukraine,should be careful about work agreement , insurance agreement, machine’s invoices for the possibility of our companies to suffer from the conflict situation in Ukraine and to compensate for the possible damages was specified.

Within the scope of project, which made in the abroad,  relating to machine equipment transportation, within the framework of the relevant articles in the Communique on Export and Import to be made within the scope of Abroad Contracting and Technical Consultancy Services, numbered 2013/1, it is stated that with this Communique, they should apply for a time stop for machinery equipment that was sent abroad with temporary export and is about to expire.
