According to the Notification of Workplace Dangerous Classes for Occupational Health and Safety, which is published dated 26.12.2021 and numbered 28509 in Official Newpaper, in the faramework of “Evaluation Procedure of Objections Made to Worklplace Dangerous Class” Commission of Workplace Dangerous Classes, which is in charge of determining the workplace dangerous classes related to occupational helath and safety, carries out its work by meeting in January every year.

According to the this procedure, objections demands for worklplace dangerous classes have send to Ministry of Labor and Social Security General Directorate of Occupational Helath and Safety via top employer organizations to which they are affiliated until before 30 days from mett,ng of Commission. Application form for Changing of Dangerous Class which is filled suitable according to the Procedure for Evaluation of Objections Made to the Workplace Dangerous Classes, for the change reguests regarding the Workplace Hazard Classes List in the annex of the “Communique on Workplace Dangerous Classes on Occupational Health and Safety” on the website http://www.mevzuat.gov.tr , must be forwarded to our Union via your Chamber.
