Covid-19 measures in workplaces

Dear members,

The general letter of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, dated 2/9/2021, containing the PCR test that employers will request from their workers and informing their workers about the risks and measures of Covid-19, was sent to the governorship of 81 provinces and shared with our chamber through our Association.

After the article in question was heard by the public, the subject started to be evaluated by lawyers and experts in the written and visual media, and many different opinions were expressed. Due to the different opinions of lawyers and experts on the subject, problems have arisen in practice due to the information pollution. In order to clarify these problems, . has been requested the opinions and assessments of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security are not clear, especially since there are no clear provisions in the labor legislation on the termination of employment contracts of employees who do not have vaccinations and who do not submit PCR tests for valid or justified reasons, or whether their wages will be paid during the periods when they are not employed.
