In the letter dated 28/05/2021 and numbered 0002376 transmitted to our Chamber from the Kırıkkale Governorship Provincial Consumer Arbitration Committee, it is reminded that all work and transactions of the arbitration committees are carried out over the Tübis-Consumer Information System used by the Consumer Arbitration Committees. In the article, it is also stated that the notifications made by the institution (defense request letter, decision cover letter, etc.) became active on 22/06/2020 with the ministry's instruction and notifications were started to be made in the form of e-notifications.

The following information is included in the article: For electronic notifications sent with the integration of TÜBİS – KETSİS (Corporate Electronic Notification System), the Ministry of Treasury and Finance informs the addressee of the electronic notification by SMS or e-mail that an electronic notification has been received. The SMS or e-mail in question is for informational purposes only and does not contain any text or attachments sent from the consumer arbitration committee. In this context, in order to view the electronic notifications sent via TÜBİS-KETSİS integration, it is necessary to log in to the Internet Tax Office of the Revenue Administration at https://intvrg.gib.gov.tr/. Documents sent via the e-Notification system are deemed to have been notified at the end of the fifth day following the date on which the taxpayer reaches his electronic address.'

In order to control the above-mentioned issues, our relevant members should check their e-notification systems.
