MEASURES TO BE TAKEN ACCORDING TO RISK GROUPS

Dear members,

In line with the principles stated in the letter on "Measures to be Taken According to Risk Groups" received from the Ministry of Interior General Directorate of Provincial Administration, it was requested that the decisions of the Provincial / District General Hygiene Board are taken urgently and no disruption in implementation is caused in accordance with the 27th and 72nd articles of the General Hygiene Law. Necessary judicial proceedings will be initiated within the scope of Article 195 of the Turkish Criminal Code regarding the establishment of administrative action in accordance with the relevant articles of the General Hygiene Law No.1593 and the criminal behaviors of those who do not comply with the decisions taken by the Sanitary Boards.
