These are the requests that we have submitted to our public institutions through TOBB in line with the requests from you, resulting in April 3, 2020. You can reach all of the requests that have been answered so far from the link below.

REQUESTS RESULTS AS OF APRIL 3

In order to accelerate the transportation and keep raw material supply intact, the Ministry of Health approved the establishment of a mobile laboratory carrying out rapid diagnosis PCR test on the “Kapıkule Customs Gate” and conducting a quick diagnosis Covid-19 test,
In the tourism sector, workers with insured  whose employment contracts are suspended were included in the scope of "short-time working allowance".
Employers who want to pay the difference between the short-time wages and the net salary of the employee covered by the short-time work allowance, can pay the difference without any problem by making the SSI notification “0 days”.
Minimum wage support will continue to be paid for employees who continue working in workplaces covered by short work.
The inspection period has been postponed for 3 months for all vehicle inspection times.

DEMANDS FINISHED AS OF MARCH 30

Arrangements were made to control the shelter and working conditions of seasonal agricultural workers against epidemic disease, to improve the conditions of transportation to agricultural lands and to take measures to facilitate the transportation of agricultural products to the market.
Loans to be paid to Agricultural Credit Cooperatives in April and May were postponed for 2 months without interest.
A complaint line was created at the BRSA in order to convey the problems arising from the credit applications of the bank branches.
The Guarantee Capacity of the Credit Guarantee Fund has been increased to 500 billion TL, and the documents that will be extended until 31.12.2020 will not require "No tax debt" and "SSI premium debt" documents.

DEMANDS FINISHED AS OF MARCH 27

Annual membership and additional fees to be paid to Chambers and Commodity Exchanges were postponed to October 2020 without accruing "overdue hike" and "interest" in June.
In order for businesses to pay their checks, a 3-month "Check Payment Support Loan" with Credit Guarantee Fund support will be implemented on 30 March 2020 in all sectors.
Described by state banks "Job Continued Credit Support" next interest rate of 9.5% in may attend private banks, 3 months grace period of 12 months term "Economic Stabilization Shield Credit Support" package was announced by the Banks Association of Turkey. Applications for this loan package will be accepted on 30 March 2020.
