Law No. 6948, has been stated that the manufacturing enterprises are included in the scope of Article 1 of the Industrial Registry Law, and with the Article 3 added to the Law, an amnesty has been imposed on the fact that enterprises that have not been registered in the industrial registry will not be subject to administrative fines if they are registered until 01 July 2018.

In this direction, enterprises operating in the NACERev.2 62.01-Computer programming activities class must be registered with the industry registry until 01 July 2018.
