Within the scope of Electronic Notification Regulation, which has published in the official newspaper dated 06.11.2018 and numbered 30617, with the working of the our ministry, e-notification has been activated over the Consumer Information System, which has been used by the consumer arbitration Committees since 22.06.2020 and the notifications made by Consumer Arbitration Committee have started to be made to the sides in the form of e-notifications.

Sellers or Consumer has the right to object in 15 days from date of e-notification to Consumer Arbitration Committee decisions. But, our presidency receives complaints that sellers or consumers experience grievances because the objection period has been missed. Especially, the e-notification addresses of taxpayers registered in the Revenue Office hasn’t been controlled. With the integration of TUBIS-KETSIS ( Intuitional Electronic Notification System), Ministry of Treasury and Finance gives information about coming notification with SMS or electronic mail to the addressees of the notification. These SMS and mail is only for informational purposes and included writing and attachment which is send by Consumer Arbitration Committee. By our Presidency of Consumer Arbitration Committee, in order to view the electronic notifications of the taxpayers’ defence, request letter, decision and overwrite etc. sent via TUBIS-KETSIS integration, they must be checked by logging into the Internet Tax Office of Revenue Administration at https://intvrg.gib.gov.tr/

In accordance with the relevant law, documents sent via the e-notification system are deemed, which have been automatically notified at the end of the fifth day following the date on which the taxpayers reaches their electronic address.
