Ahmet Varlı, Chairman of the Executive Board of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, reminded that the application deadline for the Debt Restructuring Law numbered 7256, which provides the opportunity for delay increase amnesty for the membership dues of the chamber members and this date is expired on 28 February 2021 and called for "Take the Opportunity".

Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Ahmet Varlı stated that the Law No. 7256 on Restructuring Certain Receivables and Amending Certain Laws, which entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette No. 29806 on 17 November 2020, with the first installment amounts of the chamber members for 2020. He said that it provides a structuring opportunity for the unpaid annual dues and additional dues principal debts of previous years.

Stating that the application period for the configuration that allows members to benefit from the writed of interest for the late payment  will expire on February 28, 2021. Varlı said, “Applications can be made to our chamber until the end of February 28, as well as at https://ebelge.tobb.org.tr https://www.turkiye.gov.t) on-Turkey Chambers and Stock Exchanges Association TOBB-Authentication Services Room / Exchange Member Information System can also be made using the link.

Pointing out that the dues and debt originals can be paid by dividing up to six installments upon request, Varlı stated that the last payment date of the first installment is 31 March 2021, and the remaining five installments will be collected in one-month periods, and reminded that if any of the installments are not paid on time, the configuration will be canceled. Emphasizing that the members who have difficulty in paying due to the pandemic are provided with the opportunity to close their past debts without penalty, he invite our members  ‘to take advantage of this opportunity provided by our state”.
