Dear Insurance Agency Members,

Insurance Information and Monitoring Center will switch to 2-Factor verification application as of January 20, 2020. As of the specified date, insurance agents that do not define the mobile phone number to the admin user (sbm_LEVHA REGISTRATION NO) will not be able to perform user identification operations (adding, deleting users, user telephony and e-mail changes) through SBM systems.

In this context, in order to avoid unjust treatment, insurance agents must first contact the admin user (sbm_LEVHA REGISTRATION NO) from the link https://online.sbm.org.tr/sbm-admin/cweb/public/home.sbm, and after the identification of the mobile phone number, For technical personnel who are registered in the plate information and will perform transactions at SBM, the mobile phone information must be identified immediately. Otherwise, no action will be taken with SBM.

Notes:

1- Users whose mobile phone information is not identified or has been identified incorrectly will not be able to perform transactions on SBM systems as of January 20, 2020.

2- For identification, login to the system should be done with admin user (sbm_LEVHA REGISTRATION NO) from the link https://online.sbm.org.tr/sbm-admin/cweb/public/home.sbm.

3- User Manuals and Frequently Asked Questions are available at http://www.tobbsaik.org.tr/files/SBM-2-Faktorlu-Dogrulama.zip.

4- The mobile device to be used within the scope of the 2-factor authentication application must be version 10.0 for iOS and 4.4 for Android.

5- In case of need, support can be obtained from the SBM Call Center at 0850 277 60 60.
